The ThingWorx Developer Associate Certification Exam is now available.  Ready to be one of the first successful candidates? Before you take the exam to showcase your ThingWorx expertise, here's some information to help you prepare. Read the exam description to learn more.

1.    Who should certify?

This exam is intended for all ThingWorx users who perform application development. Whether you are an individual developer or an academic student, showcasing your expertise has many benefits in the emergent market of IoT:

  • Differentiate your skills and prove you own highly sought after IoT competencies using the latest ThingWorx technology
  • Establish relevant credibility with employers and customers in the ThingWorx solution marketplace
  • Claim your badge and promote your expertise within the global ThingWorx peer community

The ThingWorx Developer Associate Exam is also a mandatory pre-requisite for all users in the following roles who plan to complete professional level certification:

  • Application Developers
  • Connectivity Developers
  • Platform Developers
  • System Engineers
  • Architects

2.    Key exam facts:

         Exam name: ThingWorx Developer Associate

         Exam Duration: 90 minutes

         Exam length: 60 questions

         Pass/Fail mark: 75% (subject to change)

3. What is being measured?

In our educator/training provider jargon, we use the term “Task Based Performance Objectives”.  Read the exam description  to view the full list of objectives and the percentage of coverage on the exam.
