Import Failed from 4.10.266 to 4.2.0.40 Urgent Help.

Import Failed from 4.10.266 to 4.2.0.40 Urgent Help.

We got this error while importing all entities from our production to aur QA box. 

 

Please let us know if we are missing something, this looks like a Thingworx Resources thing 

 

 

2014-05-19 10:49:44.885-0500 Unable to process import: Unable To Create Resource Instance From Class: com.thingworx.resources.universalconverter.UniversalConverter

 

2014-05-19 10:49:44.889-0500 unable to unregister ISessionObserver for JID = administrator@thingworx.com because it was not in the observers map.

 

2014-05-19 10:49:44.896-0500 unable to unregister ISessionObserver for JID = system@thingworx.com because it was not in the observers map.

 

2014-05-19 10:49:47.131-0500 Internal error: java.lang.Exception: Import Failed: Unable To Create Resource Instance From Class: com.thingworx.resources.universalconverter.UniversalConverter

Hi Xavier,

The UniversalConverter is an extension, which you will need to import before importing Entities and data. I recommend removing your ThingworxStorage directory, deploying ThingWorx, importing any relevant extensions and attempt the import again.
