I get that error as popup when I press start on phone as device, I am not sure what the issue is and also not sure how to contact Thingworx team directly, the links on the right hand side of the page(contact) doesn't list support!.
Mani, error code 1001, I believe, is related to the web socket connectivity. Either the connection can't reach the platform or there might be an issue with authentication or ssl configurations. You can reach/ contact support through the PTC eSupport portal.
Same error here
and it is not possible to open a case via PTC eSupport poartal due to insufficient privileges.
Tried it with MAC (Safari) and PC (Chrome and IE).
What can I do?
