I'm not able to start a discussion through the Thingworx community website

It's been three days I log in thingworx community but I cannot start a new discussion.
If I write a text into the textArea I cannot see anything, yet my text is written because, if I select it, I can see it (so it's like my text is written in white)

but after I try to publish it won't publish anything and I lose my text.

In the first place I thought it was a problem of my browser (maybe the cache or something) so I cleared everything (cache, cookies, password...) but it still lasted. I changed browser, I used the anonymous, I reinstalled it but I still have this problem.
I asked my collegue to login with his account and he had the same issue.

To post this, I used the Jive plugin, which is the only way I have.

Do you have any clue about how this happens?
