Can't get html2canvas to work with Thingworx 8.2.x

Hi, I used to use a custom widget that takes a screenshot using html2canvas.

it was working ok on chrome with Thingworx 8.0.4 , but once upgraded to 8.2 (or 8.0.10) I get exception:

can someone support me?

Apologies for the delay in responding to this post.

It sounds like you are using a custom extension that contains libraries that may require upgrade to support compatibility with the upgraded version of ThingWorx. Our suggestion would be to check for that and then make the necessary changes to your custom extension.
