Problems accessing my Thingworx Account

Hello this morning I went to access my Thingworx account and I got a Error 500 Message. Is there a way around it? Attached is the message I am now receiving.

Hello Rachel,

The 500 error stands for incorrect credentials. Either the username or the password you entered is incorrect.

Please try entering the password manually, not with copy paste. You might copy also a blank space and probably that's why you receive the error message.

Please let me know if it worked. If not, could you please provide the instance url so that we reset the password?
