we are hiding some of the widgets in thingworx. we have different users and when different user logined he will be able to see 4 widgets, another user login ed he will be able to see 4 widget. we are able to do this thing but when we are doing this thing

Means when one user login ed into composer he is able to see 4 users and when another login ed he is able to see 3 users. The widgets which are invisible they are taking the space. Is there a way for resizing the widgets according to req so that empty spaces don't come in the mashup

Since you are hiding the widgets, the blank space will unfortunately be present. Please take a look at the usage of dashboards, and see if that might be applicable for your use case.

Is there a way in dashboard to remove the extra space in between the dashboards and gadgets.

Here also we are facing the same problem regarding the extra spaces.
