Is it possible to change the system default timeout? And where would you make that change?
By "Timeout" you mean "User Session Timeout" or "Agent connection timeout"?
If User Session Timeout -> please find a Subsystem "UserManagementSubsystem", then navigate to the Configuration panel. There you can configure Idle Session Timeout (min.).
it was the timeout mentioned in the settins for a property I was refering too. I manager o find it in the WSCommunictionsSubsystem
