Nitish, you create the UI using the Visualization components Mashup, Dashboards etc. If you are just starting up with ThingWorx you should go through the ThingWorx Developer portal with lot of useful Tutorials and you can use the hosted instances to get hands on experience on ThingWorx

Please just have a look on the ThingWorx Video Tutorials page, especially on the Thingworx Widgets paragraph which will help you to use the different functionalities available in the composer.

To do this, you will use the Thingworx Composer Mashup. If you go to the link below (after creating a login), then you will have access to a bunch of UI based tutorials and guides.

1, Create account on https://developer.thingworx.com/

2, Go to https://developer.thingworx.com/capabilities/experience

3, Scroll down and you'll find a bunch of content.
