I am not sure but I don't think it is possible to modify the origin of a 3D Model in Thingworx Studio.
If I understand well the use case, the 3D Model has been created at a distance from the origin in the CAD software.
If it is the case, the solution is to correct that in the original CAD software, to reexport again in .pvz file and reimport in Thingworx Studio.
In which software has been designed the 3D Model ?
It would be great if we could place 3D widgets inside an empty group or container/object like you can do in Unity. That way you could place the model inside that object as desired then modify the top level object. This would be great for scaling and rotating and controlling visibility of multiple objects at a time including the 3D gauges.
Can we add this to the feature requests please.
