I have created a workflow, been validated. Then checked active now .Everything is OK,but i can not see the workflow in workflow management.

This question description is not clear. I'd like open a ticket and follow the ticket for you.
By the way, workflow management only can display these started workflow. Even you workflow is active, if it's not triggered (start), it cannot show up in the workflow management page.
